The Challenge
Perfect White Tee was a premium California essentials brand: strong product, zero digital infrastructure. They had no Shopify store, no brand system, no paid media, and no email list. Their entire revenue depended on wholesale with no direct-to-consumer channel. Without a full-stack build from the ground up, they had no path to capturing the US DTC market.
Our Strategy & Execution
We took full ownership of every growth lever from day one. We designed and built a custom Shopify 2.0 store with Liquid development, mobile-first UX, and a conversion-optimised product page architecture. Simultaneously, we developed a complete brand identity system: typography, colour palette, and art direction tailored for the US premium essentials market. Once the store was live, we launched a full-funnel Meta Ads structure built around creative testing first, audience consolidation second, and budget scaling third. We separated campaigns by job: cold acquisition for new demand, retargeting for product education and social proof, Dynamic Product Ads for high-intent return visitors, and retention-driven Klaviyo flows to convert first-time buyers into repeat customers. Alongside Meta, we deployed Google Shopping and Performance Max to capture high-intent searches created by paid social demand. The result was a compounding system where each channel fed the next.
How We Built a $2M/Month DTC Machine From Scratch
By controlling every touchpoint: store, brand, paid media, and email, we eliminated the fragmentation that kills most Shopify brands. Meta did not scale in isolation. It created demand through creative, sent that demand into a high-converting Shopify store, fed abandoned-cart and post-purchase email flows, and increased branded/high-intent Google searches. Every month we used the data from winning hooks, PDP behavior, AOV, and repeat purchase rate to decide which audiences, offers, and product bundles deserved more spend. That is how the account moved from launch traction to a $2M+/month growth engine within six months.

How We Set Up Meta Ads to Reach $2M/Month
Our best strategy was not to over-segment audiences. We built a creative-led Meta system where the ads did the targeting, the store converted the traffic, and email increased the lifetime value behind every purchase.
Before scaling spend, we made attribution usable: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 events, purchase tracking, catalog setup, and clean product feed logic. This gave us enough signal quality to scale without guessing.
We launched rapid creative tests around fabric quality, premium basics, fit, styling, founder-led brand story, social proof, and comparison angles. Instead of relying on interest targeting, we let high-volume creatives find the right buyers.
Winning creatives moved into broader prospecting and Advantage+ style structures. We reduced campaign clutter, protected the learning phase, and let Meta optimise around purchase intent rather than micro-audience assumptions.
Warm traffic saw product education, review-led proof, urgency-free reminders, and Dynamic Product Ads tied to viewed products. This brought hesitant shoppers back without cheapening the brand with constant discount pressure.
Budgets were increased only when blended ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, and email revenue share supported the move. Scaling happened in controlled steps, with new creative added before fatigue could collapse performance.
Meta created demand, Google captured high-intent searches, and Klaviyo converted abandoned carts and repeat buyers. The system became stronger each month because paid traffic created owned-audience revenue, not just one-off purchases.
