Glow Beauty UAE struggled with static organic engagement, low digital presence, and high customer acquisition costs through cold search. Their Instagram channel felt overly commercial rather than community-driven, which resulted in low customer retention and high cart exit rates.
Our Strategy & Execution
We designed a community-first content system powered by video. We sourced and curated authentic user-generated content (UGC) creators in Dubai and the Gulf, launched high-energy Reels and TikTok loops targeting regional beauty trends, and integrated automated conversational flows (ManyChat triggers) to capture and convert DM comments on autopilot.

Our approach prioritized lifestyle aesthetics and absolute social proof. Instead of traditional selling, we focused on raw sensory textures, close-up applications, and direct user reviews. Once users commented on these videos, our backend automation captured their contact details and routed them directly to localized product baskets.
